• Contact and audit forms. When you request a consultation or run our free local SEO audit, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL.
• Chat. If you use the chat widget on this site, we collect the contact details you provide and the content of the conversation.
• Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
• Advertising cookies. We use remarketing and conversion pixels from advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. These set cookies that may be used to show you our ads on other sites and to measure whether our advertising works.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (WP Engine) keeps standard server logs — IP address, request URL, timestamp — for security and reliability.

Form submissions and chat conversations are stored in our customer relationship management platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which we use to manage inquiries and client communication. Analytics data lives with Google. Advertising data lives with the relevant ad platform. We share personal information only with service providers like these who process it on our behalf, or when the law requires it. We don’t rent, trade, or sell it to anyone.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, hosted on WP Engine with a web application firewall in front of it, and access to systems holding personal information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the kind of data we handle.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Links

The site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content (for example, review displays). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
