How One Click SEO collects, uses, and protects information on oneclickseo.agency — in plain language.

Effective date: June 6, 2026

Who We Are

One Click SEO is a digital marketing agency based in New Orleans, Louisiana, serving New Orleans, the Northshore, and the Gulf South with local SEO, Google Business Profile management, AI search optimization, and related services. This policy covers the website oneclickseo.agency. Our national site, oneclickseo.com, carries its own copy of this policy. For anything this page doesn’t answer, email info@oneclickseo.com.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and audit forms. When you request a consultation or run our free local SEO audit, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL.
  • Chat. If you use the chat widget on this site, we collect the contact details you provide and the content of the conversation.
  • Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
  • Advertising cookies. We use remarketing and conversion pixels from advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. These set cookies that may be used to show you our ads on other sites and to measure whether our advertising works.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (WP Engine) keeps standard server logs — IP address, request URL, timestamp — for security and reliability.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and deliver the audit or consultation you asked for.
  • To provide and improve our services and this website.
  • To send follow-up communication about your request. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
  • To measure and improve our own marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We never have.

Where Your Data Goes

Form submissions and chat conversations are stored in our customer relationship management platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which we use to manage inquiries and client communication. Analytics data lives with Google. Advertising data lives with the relevant ad platform. We share personal information only with service providers like these who process it on our behalf, or when the law requires it. We don’t rent, trade, or sell it to anyone.

Cookies and Your Choices

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reasonable prospect of one, and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@oneclickseo.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or a US state privacy law), we honor requests made under those laws to the extent they apply.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, hosted on WP Engine with a web application firewall in front of it, and access to systems holding personal information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the kind of data we handle.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Links

The site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content (for example, review displays). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
