Terms of Service

The ground rules for using oneclickseo.agency. Short version: use the site lawfully, our content is ours, and client work runs on signed agreements.

Effective date: June 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using oneclickseo.agency (the “Site”), operated by One Click SEO of New Orleans, Louisiana (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site describes our local SEO, Google Business Profile, AI search optimization, paid search, web design, and related digital marketing services for New Orleans, the Northshore, and the Gulf South, publishes our case studies and insights, and offers tools such as a free local SEO audit. The Site itself is informational — engaging us as a client happens through a separate written agreement (see Section 5).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You may not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data, including for training machine-learning models, without our written permission;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our forms, chat, or audit tools;
  • use the free SEO audit against websites you do not own or have authority over.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, code, methodology descriptions, case studies, and the “One Click SEO” name and logo — is the property of One Click SEO and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, link to, and quote brief excerpts of Site content with attribution. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

5. Client Engagements

Services we deliver to clients are governed by the individual agreement and Statement of Work signed between One Click SEO and that client — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and confidentiality. Published rates on our pricing page are current standard rates, not an offer that binds us for every engagement; your signed agreement controls. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

6. Free SEO Audit and Tools

Our free audit and similar tools produce automated analysis for informational purposes. They are provided as-is, may not catch everything, and do not constitute a contract for services or professional advice tailored to your situation.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

Search engines and AI platforms are third parties we do not control. We engineer for visibility using methods we document and measure, but no one can legitimately guarantee a specific ranking, Map Pack position, traffic level, or AI citation outcome — and we don’t. Our case studies describe real, named clients and historical results from those engagements; they are not a promise of your results.

8. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Click SEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to signed client agreements, which contain their own terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold One Click SEO harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
